What you will learn
Our short courses provide comprehensive training in essential areas. Participants will learn professional house cleaning, laundry and ironing, and food hygiene. We also cover childcare basics, non-medical elderly companionship, workplace communication, and household confidentiality. Crucial topics like personal and workplace safety, cleaning-product safety, equipment use, and employer and worker rights are included. We address conflict resolution, and first aid is offered through a recognized partner. These skills ensure you are well-equipped for your chosen career path.
Our distinctive approach to training
The Marshalims Training Academy stands out in Ghana for its practical, job-relevant preparation directly tied to real household and service expectations. We prioritize respect, safety, confidentiality, and fair treatment in all our programs. Eligible completers may receive a Marshalims Certificate of Completion. It is important to note that our certificates are not government accredited or nationally recognized. First aid training is exclusively offered through a recognized partner, and course schedules are announced by Marshalims.
