Operational since 2011, Marshalims Staffing & Home Services has worked to simplify how households and businesses in Ghana—including Ghanaians abroad—find dependable people and organized home services. Our values are dignity, safety, honesty, consent, fair treatment, clear communication, accountability and practical service quality. We explain what screening and supervision can and cannot achieve, set realistic expectations and avoid unsupported guarantees.

Meet the founder: Martin Shawn Hassan Limann
Martin Shawn Hassan Limann is the founder of Marshalims Staffing & Home Services. He brings more than a decade of experience across human resources, operations, program and project coordination, workforce development, education and community service. His connection to Marshalims dates to 2011, when he served as HR Manager at Marshalims Consultancy Ghana, supporting hiring, onboarding, employee documentation and HR administration. He later coordinated workforce-readiness and community training programs serving more than 5,000 people through YSD Ghana NGO. Martin holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (HR Management) from Presbyterian University. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership at Liberty University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
