Meet the founder: Martin Shawn Hassan Limann
Martin Shawn Hassan Limann is the founder of Marshalims Staffing & Home Services. His connection to Marshalims dates to 2011, when he served as HR Manager at Marshalims Consultancy Ghana and supported hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration. His experience spans human resources, operations, project coordination, workforce development, education, entrepreneurship, and community service across Ghana and the United States. Martin holds an MBA from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (HR Management) from Presbyterian University, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. His leadership centers on dignity, clear processes, practical training, and dependable service delivery.
