Worker and employer marketplace accounts are free. Worker profiles, interview requests and vacancy submissions are free during the initial launch. Separately requested recruitment assistance, screening, training or home services may carry an agreed service fee. A worker’s expected pay is a starting point for discussion with the employer, not a Marshalims account fee.
What is free, and what needs a quote?
The services below are quoted separately and are not required to create a marketplace account. Local quotations use Ghana cedis (GH₵) and explain the work included, who pays, payment timing, any additional costs and applicable cancellation or refund terms before you agree. Role, location, schedule and the checks requested can affect the quote. Worker pay is agreed directly between the worker and employer.
