This includes names, contact information, residential and property addresses, GhanaPost GPS details, employment history, references, guarantor information, identification documents, Ghana Police Clearance Certificates, qualifications, training documents, service requirements, and property information. Some forms may also include file upload options. We will always explain the purpose of data collection, obtain your consent, detail access limits, inform you of your rights to correction, and outline our retention and deletion policies.

The information we collect is used solely to review applications, contact references with your consent, conduct lawful verification, assess client needs, prepare quotations, schedule and deliver services, handle property reports, register for training, provide support and address complaints, and meet legitimate legal or safety obligations. Marshalims Staffing & Home Services does not sell personal information. We only share your data when necessary for an agreed service, lawful verification, with a recognized training partner, a secure technology provider, or to fulfill a legal obligation. We protect our Webador and email accounts with unique passwords and two-factor authentication, regularly downloading required records to secure storage and deleting data that is no longer legitimately needed.
